Regal London partners with 4C Hotel Group to bring forward proposals for 33-35 Jamestown Road in Camden. The 0.24-acre Camden site is located three minutes from the world-famous Camden Lock Market. The site currently comprises several vacant buildings.
The first part of this process will start this summer with a comprehensive community engagement programme. Regal London then plans to submit a planning application for new PBSA and affordable housing this year.
“We always look for partnerships with longevity, and as such we are delighted to be working closely with 4C hotels on Jamestown Road.
“Following hot on the heels of our joint success at The Haydon in Aldgate, this project in the heart of our home borough Camden will be an exciting addition to Regal London’s student portfolio.”
Marc Eden, Investment Director, Regal London
This is the pairs second collaboration and follows The Haydon, an 87-unit residential project in Aldgate that reached practical completion earlier this month.
‘‘Building on the success of our previous collaboration at The Haydon in Aldgate, we are thrilled to announce our next partnership with Regal London for the development of Jamestown Road in Camden.
“This marks an exciting opportunity to engage and contribute to the vibrant community of Camden, whilst addressing the pressing need for PBSA and affordable housing.
“Our commitment to delivering high-quality projects that enhance urban landscapes aligns perfectly with Regal London’s vision, and we are proud to embark on this journey together and leave a lasting impact within Camden.’’
