
UPP has appointed Rachel Miller as its new Investment Strategy Director. With over 17 years of industry experience, Rachel will lead on the identification and development of investment opportunities across the group.
Her role will also include the structuring of inorganic growth opportunities for the business.

Rachel joins UPP from living sector equity investor HGP – part of Lloyds Banking Group – where she was the UK-wide Investment Director.
At HGP, Rachel led on the formation of the recently announced MADE Partnership between Lloyds, Barratt and Homes England. She also created major partnerships including Thriving Investments/Igloo, Kier and Platform_.
Prior to HGP, Rachel’s experience includes advising development businesses and private equity. At Grosvenor – where she spent 13 years – Rachel held roles as Head of New Investment and Head of Strategy. She is also a non-executive Director on the Board of Soho Housing.
