Urbanite Living has completed the construction of its new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development – Clyde Court – at Jocelyn Square in Glasgow city centre, Scotland.
The development has now been officially handed over to operator Homes for Students, under their Prestige Student Living brand, which will be taking in students from January 2025.

Clyde Court offers 169 studio bedrooms with best-in-class facilities to serve the University of Glasgow and University of Strathclyde.
The newly built six-storey development provides en-suite student accommodation fitted with stylish bedroom furniture and kitchen facilities.
Amenities include two private dining ‘MasterChef kitchens’, two social study rooms, a cinema, gym, cycle store and breakout spaces with pool tables.

Clyde Court was designed by NW Architects with Robertsons Construction Central Scotland as main construction partner.
Urbanite Living secured a £18.85m finance facility from Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division to support the development.
