Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) investor, developer, and manager Greystar has appointed Mary Craddock as Managing Director – Portfolio Management, Europe.
Overseeing Greystar’s relationships with its joint venture partners in Europe, Mary will help the company drive growth and returns for each of the local market PBSA strategies across Europe.

Mary’s wealth of experience and proven record of accomplishment in managing diverse real estate portfolios will be critical as Greystar continues to diversify its offering to provide homes to underserved rental customers.
Mary carries over 20 years of experience in investment and asset management, working with private equity real estate organisations in Europe, the US and Japan.

Prior to joining Greystar, Mary was Managing Director at Lapithus Management LLP where she developed and built the investment and asset management strategy for the Apollo European Core Plus real estate platform.
Her extensive experience spans various sectors, including PBSA, Build to Rent, residential, retail, office and logistics, with a specialisation in managing joint venture structures and creating value.
