Rebecca’s appointment marks a significant milestone in Host’s UK growth strategy, as the company sets its sights on expanding its managed portfolio and driving superior returns for investors.

With 14 years of industry-leading experience in marketing, sales and business development, Rebecca’s track record of securing high-value partnerships and optimising asset performance makes her an invaluable asset for prospective clients looking to maximise returns.

In her new role, Rebecca will spearhead Host’s commercial strategy, unlocking new third-party management opportunities and enhancing service delivery for investors, clients and residents.

John Nesbitt, Managing Director, Host

Joining from Homes for Students following a two-and-a-half-year tenure as Commercial Director, Rebecca played a pivotal role in driving the company’s remarkable growth.

She expanded its managed property portfolio, secured major partnerships, and strengthened agreements with leading investors. As part of the Executive Team, she optimised commercial performance across 44,000 beds, delivering enhanced asset value and client returns.

Beforehand, Rebecca served as Marketing and UK Commercial Director at CRM Students, where she managed key client relationships across a 24,000-bed portfolio in the UK and Europe. Her deep understanding of the PBSA sector positions Host as a partner of choice for investors seeking expert management.

I’m delighted to be joining Host at such an exciting time in its growth journey. As one of the first PBSA third-party operators, Host brings a wealth of experience and longevity to the sector. The recent launch of the Habito Co-living brand demonstrates the company’s desire to evolve and expand their operational capability within the living sector.

I look forward to working with the team to build on their strong foundation; expanding the portfolio and continuing to build lasting partnerships through exceptional service delivery and asset performance, in both PBSA and Co-living.”
