JLL has announced the appointment of three senior leaders to its EMEA Operational Real Estate Value and Risk Advisory team, one of which will focus on driving growth in the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) market.
These strategic hires reinforce JLL’s commitment to providing comprehensive, client-focused solutions in the evolving landscape of operational real estate.
Jagruti Joshi has been appointed EMEA Student Housing Lead for Value and Risk Advisory. Previously EMEA Student Accommodation Lead at Cushman & Wakefield and with considerable experience on client side, Jagruti will drive growth in the Student Housing/PBSA sector from London, leveraging her expertise in valuation advisory services and key client relationships in a very active growth market.

Sandra Rubio has been named EMEA Hotels Lead for Value and Risk Advisory based out of Madrid. Since joining JLL in 2020, Sandra has driven significant growth in valuation and advisory services in the Spanish and Portuguese hotel markets.
In her new role, Sandra will target key European hotel growth clients and strengthen existing relationships, collaborating closely with EMEA Hotel Capital Markets leaders to deliver comprehensive services.
Nicolas Sannier has joined as EMEA Healthcare Lead for Value and Risk Advisory. Based in Paris, Nicolas brings extensive experience from roles at Praemia REIM and AEW. Nicolas will focus on business development in valuation advisory services within the EMEA Healthcare market, with particular emphasis on European Healthcare REITs which are extremely active in Western Europe.
