Rengen Developments has completed the Beaufort House purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development in Exeter city centre.
Owned by Rengen Limmer Exeter Limited, Beaufort House comprises 105 apartments with en-suite bathrooms. The development has transformed an existing office building into a modern, fully furnished PBSA scheme.

The scheme will serve students from Exeter University, with the target market being UK-based and overseas undergraduate students in their second and third years. The majority of the first-year student population is set to seek accommodation within university halls on campus.
The site is situated close to the historic centre of Exeter, and lies within the Longbrook Conservation Area, which contains listed and locally listed buildings, parks and gardens.

Dalbergia Group provided fund monitoring services for this £4.7m development, working closely with the borrower Rengen Developments and the lender Zorin Finance Ltd, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. Campbell Property will operate and manage the building.
