
Round Hill Capital appoints Sandra Burrows as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting to Michael Bickford, Round Hill Capital’s CEO.
Sandra will bring her experience in operations, change management and investor relations to the company, where she will drive operational improvements and transformative initiatives.
She will also be responsible for ensuring robust governance frameworks, aligning with and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.

With over 17 years of experience, Sandra joins the company from Praemia REIM, where she was Chief Transformation Officer.
Here, she led key strategic initiatives to drive innovation and growth within the organisation. Prior to this, she spent several years at Blackstone and 3i in London, working in investor relations and private wealth solutions.
