Property consultancy CBRE, on behalf of global purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) operator Yugo, has brought a PBSA scheme in Melbourne to the market.

The Yugo Berkeley Street development opened in April 2019 and has been operational since 2020. It provides accommodation for 335 students and is currently over 97% leased, reflecting strong demand for high-quality student housing in the area.

The scheme comprises fully furnished apartments with a mix of 56% studios and 44% shared apartments. Amenities include a gym, roof terraces, study areas and lounges.
