Mark Findlay, Director of Development, mys Living
Mark will be heavily focused on the management and delivery of all Development projects for and on behalf of MYS. His appointment is the second major hire in 2025 after the appointment of Fergus Campbell.
“We are delighted to bring someone with the experience and track record of Mark to our team which further strengthens the high-quality team we have built at mys.
“Mark will bring forward numerous exciting development opportunities and lead our development team as we continue to expand our values led business.”
Dave Mathewson, Joint Managing Director, MYS
MYS Living’s continued expansion follows the management buy-out of the business from abrdn in late 2024. In January 2025, the operator took over asset management responsibilities for PBSA buildings in Guildford, Loughborough, Nottingham, Sheffield and Colchester. The deal will see the team utilise its strong knowledge of PBSA through its asset management services.
