Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) third-party manager Fresh has been appointed by specialist real estate investor, developer and manager Round Hill Capital to take over the operational management and marketing of its Irish PBSA portfolio. Management has been handed over from the previous operator of the schemes – Nido Living
The partnership with Round Hill Capital will aid Fresh’s expansion in Ireland. In February 2025, the operator was appointed to manage the Alma Place PBSA development in Belfast, which has been ranked within the top ten for student halls in the city by Student Crowd.
Since the contract from Round Hill Capital was awarded, Fresh has successfully onboarded 1,343 student beds since 1 April across four developments in Cork and Dublin.
“We are pleased to announce that we have entrusted Fresh, a leading specialist in residential rental management, with the operational management and marketing of our Irish PBSA Portfolio.
“Fresh’s expertise in the sector distinguished them from competitors and we believe that their management will provide a high-quality living experience for our residents and maximise the value of our assets.”
