GRAHAM completes iQ Cullen House PBSA

The completion of IQ Cullen House is the latest example of GRAHAM'S proven expertise in delivering large-scale residential projects.

GRAHAM has announced the completion of a landmark purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development located on Bath Street in Glasgow city centre, following topping out at the scheme in July 2024.

The complex has now been handed over to iQ Student Accommodation who acquired the site in August 2022, and will operate and manage the facilities.

iQ Cullen House is an impressive 12-storey building. It offers 551 much-needed high-quality units for students, who are expected to begin moving into the building ahead of the upcoming summer term.

Designed to cater to the evolving needs of students, the property will provide a fully equipped modern gym, a gaming arcade, a variety of dining spaces, including communal kitchens and private dining areas, rooftop terraces and expansive social areas designed for collaboration and relaxation.

Adjacent to iQ’s existing property Elgin Place, the new property on Bath Street provides residents with immediate access to Glasgow’s academic institutions including Glasgow School of Art, University of Strathclyde and University of Glasgow, as well as cultural attractions and key transportation links.
