Fusion Students is gearing up to launch an inspiring new development in the heart of Brent Cross Town – North London’s newest neighbourhood, which has invested £8bn and is set to bring 6,700 new homes.
Related Argent and Barnet Council partnered with Fusion to deliver the purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in 2022. It will feature 662 state of the art, luxury apartments designed to redefine student living.
Set to open its doors on 6 September 2025, the development allows students to thrive in a lively, forward-thinking community. Its prime location makes it ideal for those studying at London’s world-renowned universities, including University College London (38 minutes away) and King’s College London (46 minutes away via train).
“Brent Cross Town student accommodation represents more than just a place to live, it’s a vibrant, inclusive community that brings energy and opportunity to one of London’s newest neighbourhoods.
“The development will play a key role in shaping the area’s identity, creating a hub where students can connect, grow and contribute to the wider local community.”
Jack Hazell, Area Manager, Fusion Students
Brent Cross Town boasts outstanding transport connectivity, with Brent Cross West Station (Thameslink) a three-minute walk from the accommodation, offering students quick links into central London and beyond. Brent Cross Station (Northern Line) is also a 15-minute walk away, providing even more direct access across the capital.
Brent Cross student accommodation is about balancing energy and relaxation with a wealth of amenities to support student living. It will offer access to a basketball court, boxing studio and cardio space with key hydration stations including a coffee lounge and bar area.
With community at the core of Fusion Students mission, Brent Cross will have an on-site cinema, gaming zone, karaoke room and roof terrace available for its residents to socialise. There will also be a co-working area, study space and recording studio to keep on top of university work.
The accommodation will offer year-round events hosted by the community manager which includes music workshops, exclusive access to networking events and industry connectivity where students can foster their academic journey and professional development.
The building has been designed with a biophilic design to allow students to relax and connect with a community passionate about green living. Personal spaces, including bedrooms have been designed to be a place of sanctuary with different apartment options available from private to shared studio apartments.
“At Fusion, we believe that where you live should make your daily life easier and more enjoyable. That’s why we’ve designed every detail of our accommodation to make student living a breeze. Whether it’s the natural flow of communal areas where you can hang out with friends, or the privacy of acoustically treated bedrooms where you can study and rest, our spaces are built with your comfort in mind.”
