YourTRIBE is redeveloping 80, 85 & 86 Brunner Road, providing PBSA supporting the growing student population of Waltham Forest.

In preparing the scheme, the design team, led by Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher (CJCT), carried out extensive dialogue with planning officers from the London Borough of Waltham Forest and the Design Review Panel (DRP) to ensure the proposals aligned with their vision for the site.

As part of the proposals, a third of the site will consist of a landscaped square providing 477 sqm of public outdoor space, consisting of hard and soft landscaping – trees, flowerbeds, cycle spaces and foot paths. The new public square will be for the use of residents, neighbours and visitors.
