Bookings are now open for Chapter London Bridge – a brand-new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) community from Greystar. Opening in time for the 2025/26 academic year, the scheme offers students heading to London the chance to secure their place in one of the city’s most exciting and well-connected neighbourhoods.

Located in Southwark, the scheme offers students the chance to live moments from iconic landmarks including The Shard, Borough Market, Tate Modern, and the River Thames. With London Bridge Station just around the corner, residents will have fast, direct access to leading universities including King’s College London, LSE, UCL, Imperial, and more.

Chapter London Bridge puts students right in the heart of central London. Chapter London Bridge is now taking bookings for September 2025 move-in, with a range of ensuite studios and shared apartments starting from £519 per week.
