
Muse has bolstered its team in the North West with the appointment of Stuart Rimmer as Project Director. The new senior hire brings over 40 years’ experience in construction, property and development to Muse. This includes most recently at Landsec and prior to this an extensive period with Peel L&P where he led on projects including the regeneration of MediaCity UK.
Drawing on his mixed-use placemaking experience and work on several major projects across a range of sectors such as residential, commercial and retail, Stuart will play an important role in driving forward the deliver of Muse’s portfolio in the North West.

This includes a continuation of his work in Salford, where Stuart will play a key role in progressing the next chapter of the £2.5bn Crescent Salford masterplan as well as paving the way for the redevelopment of Eccles Town Centre, the latest strategic project partnership between Muse and Salford City Council.
