
Harrison Street has promoted Mina Kojuri to Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations Europe. They are a leading investment management firm exclusively focused on alternative real assets, with approximately $55bn in assets under management.
Based in London, Mina will play a key leadership role in Harrison Street’s ongoing efforts to enhance client services for its global limited partners. The role will also involve capital raising efforts across the firm’s strategies. She will report to Geoff Regnery, Partner and Global Head of Investor Relations.
Mina joined Harrison Street in 2022 as a Director of Investor Relations in London, where she was responsible for a range of investor outreach activities. Previously, she held Investor Relations roles at AEW and Cromwell Property Group, formerly Blackstone, and began her career as an Analyst at Piper Sandler.

Recently, Harrison Street announced plans to develop Aspire A&M – a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme at Texas A&M University (TAMU).
The 873-bedroom development will feature a 19-story structure encompassing 11,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail space, 718 garage parking spaces and the largest residential amenity space in the market, which will include two rooftop pools, fitness facilities, study rooms, a theatre and games lounge. Completion of Aspire A&M is expected ahead of the 2026 academic year.
