Torsion Group, a privately owned independent company offering a solutions-focused approach to developing, constructing, and operating PBSA schemes, has an update on its Redgate PBSA development in Nottingham. The company, established in March 2015, is overjoyed to report that the development is almost completed.

“We bring you the exciting news that our 297-bed PBSA Redgate development in Nottingham will be completed imminently.

“We’re currently carrying out final snagging on internal levels one to five, whilst adding finishing touches to the ground floor Student Hub and cinema. Externally, we’re completing the last of the brick slips. Scaffolding has already been removed and work is nearly complete on hard landscaping.

“Over the coming weeks, key personnel will oversee completion of external landscaping and soft landings with students.

“This has been a fantastic project that will be completed ahead of the September 2024 student intake: a real credit to our team on site. The fresh cohort of students will benefit from the high-quality accommodation that includes a lounge, gym, study rooms, games rooms and shared private dining space.

“Employee of the month goes to Rob Bools, Site Manager from Project FFE . Congratulations to Rob. We also applaud the whole team for their helpfulness, diligence in respect to H&S and all-round exceptional effort in getting this project over the line.”
