Osborne Developments has announced the appointments of three new members. Ryan Harris and Kemi David have joined Osborne Developments – and their arrival completes a trio of key appointments alongside Nick Kybert to support the team’s future growth in BTR and PBSA.
Ryan joins as Head of Land and Investment and is responsible for securing new PBSA and BTR opportunities for the business. Ryan brings a wealth of experience having worked in development across the South of England for almost 20 years.
Kemi has joined as a Development Analyst, supporting the divisions growth plans. This will include working with institutional partners and funders. Kemi has been an analyst for several years working within a REIT and asset management business.
The two new appointments will complement the appointment of Nick Kybert, who joined Osborne Developments as Head of Delivery last summer. Nick has a significant amount of experience in construction delivery from both contractor and investor perspectives – and leads the delivery function of the development business.
