
Developer and manager of residential for rent – Watkin Jones – appoints Adam McGhin as its new Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary.
Joining from Grainger plc where he held the role of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, Adam’s hire strengthens the Group’s executive team.

With over 20 years’ experience, Adam is a qualified solicitor and a Chartered Company Secretary.

Since 1999, Watkin Jones has delivered over 49,000 student beds across 147 sites.
Recently, the Group completed two purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) schemes – The Brook in Bath and Metalworks in Bristol – and refreshed the Kingston Plaza scheme in Kingston, in partnership with specialist rental home third-party manager Fresh.
The Group is also proposing a new PBSA scheme close to Bristol Temple Meads station. It could deliver 374 beds across a six to 11 storey development at a 0.3087 ha brownfield site.
