Rental housing provider and developer Greystar has recently celebrated the topping out of the Chapter London Bridge purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme.
Situated near London Bridge Station in Southwark, the PBSA development now reaches 39-storeys and comprises 905 PBSA beds within self-contained studios and clusters, with 15,000 sq ft of shared facilities and spaces for communal dining and socialising.

Designed by architects Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) in partnership with Greystar’s in-house global design team, the scheme is 100% electric, with a 100% certified renewable energy supply and rooftop solar.
The scheme utilises Mace’s innovative High Rise Solutions, ensuring that construction has not only been more efficient and but there has also been a significant reduction in embodied carbon produced. The development is also BREEAM rated ‘Excellent’ and has a five-star GRESB score.
Works began in 2022. Greystar is set to welcome the first residents of Chapter London Bridge next September.
