Operator mys Living has announced that Scott Blakeway will be joining the business as Operations Director, replacing Stuart Henderson. Scott will head up their operations team at a time of key business growth.
Founded in 2023 by Murdo Mcilhagger and David Mathewson, mys is the first values-led purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) provider, and more recently have been awarded B Corp certification, reinforcing those values.

Formerly of iQ Student Accommodation, Scott has been providing consultancy services for PBSA, Build to Rent and those within the shared living space for the last three years. He has extensive experience in PBSA and the wider lettings market working across PBSA operations.
