SNGgroup has received planning to develop Phase II of its Stanley House PBSA scheme in Nottingham.

Nottingham-headquartered SNGgroup has secured approval for the expansion of its Stanley House purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) in Nottingham. The Grade II listed property was acquired in December 2017 and transformed into 107 studios, which reached completion in 2019.

Now, SNGgroup has received planning permission for Stanley House Phase II, which will add an extra 45 PBSA units by September 2025. The new addition is set to include a common area, which will be available for residents at both phases of the development.
