Enterprise Land and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) specialist, Capital Assured, have formed an AI-powered PBSA platform, Casa, that is aiming to establish a new benchmark for student living in Europe.
Working with internationally renowned architectural firm, Rafael Viñoly Architects, Enterprise Land and Capital Assured will partner with developers, investors and students to deliver high-quality, fully serviced residences that combine contemporary design with cutting-edge technology, ensuring a comfortable and secure living environment.

Enterprise Land and Capital Assured will initially target cities in six European countries, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, France and the Netherlands, where there are strong academic traditions, international student populations and favourable market dynamics. They are underwriting an initial pipeline of development projects, representing €500m of investment.
Capital Assured is led by CEO Nicholas Turner, who has worked closely with brand manager, Marina Codaro, in the formation of Casa.

Enterprise Land is a UK and European real estate investment company founded by real estate investment management veteran Andrew Thornton. It formed a strategic partnership last December with Capital Assured, which specialises in sourcing large-scale student accommodation opportunities where with its partners it unlocks value through planning, repositioning and development.
