
Student Roost will become the first purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) provider to implement Plentific’s award-winning property operations platform, delivering a fully digitalised, self-serve, end-to-end maintenance experience for over 22,000 students.
Following successful trials in over 1,800 beds in Durham, Liverpool and Bath, Student Roost will launch Plentific’s platform across 56 properties in 21 UK cities by July, ahead of the 2025/26 academic year, with features including Repairs, Planned Maintenance, Inspections, Compliance, and Advanced Analytics solutions.
This move represents a proactive step towards providing smarter, safer and more efficient maintenance management, combining Plentific’s cutting-edge technology with integration into the Student Roost app, hosted by Kinetic Software.
By integrating Plentific within its app, Student Roost will provide residents with full visibility on their maintenance requests, including push notifications when a job is completed and real-time status updates, from request to completion. This digital-first approach is tailored to meet the expectations of Student Roost’s residents, nearly 50% of whom are already active users of the app.
