Glenmore Group and Maven Capital Partners have appointed Fresh to take over the management of their joint purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) property, Stanley Studios, in Dundee, Scotland. The property is Fresh’s first in Dundee and further expands its presence in Scotland.
Stanley Studios is located in Dundee city centre and comprises 152 studio apartments. The property offers residents a wide range of amenities, including a private dining room for hosting dinner parties, various spaces for residents to study, a communal lounge, cinema and games rooms, a roof terrace with excellent views of the city, and a fully equipped gym.
The property is perfectly situated for the city’s students, being a ten minute walk away from both the University of Dundee and Abertay University, and less than ten minutes’ walk from the Dundee Dental School. For those studying further afield, it is commutable by bus to St Andrews in one hour.
